School Uniform
We wish to suggest the following school uniform and hope that you will support the school by encouraging your child to wear it.
The school colours are a purple background with a green and yellow stripe
PE. and games
On their P.E days, children should wear plain black shorts, joggers or leggings with a School T- Shirt (and school jumper or cardigan on colder days). Inside activities are performed in bare feet or trainers. Outside, any sort of training shoes are suitable, with studded boots being advisable for Football.
Children should always be dressed appropriately for school with sensible shoes and weather appropriate coats.
IT WOULD BE A GREAT HELP TO US IF EACH ITEM OF CLOTHING COULD BE MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME.
Jewellery
Permitted jewellery that may be worn is:
- One pair of stud earrings – no other piercings are permitted.
- A smart and sensible wrist watch.
Jewellery is the responsibility of the pupil and not the school. Lost or damaged items will not be refunded. All jewellery must be removed during practical lessons, including PE lessons and science experiments, however recently pierced ears may be taped for these activities. Please note, teaching staff cannot remove or insert ear studs for children.
Winter
Grey or black pinafore dress or skirt
Smart grey or black trousers
White or grey blouse / shirt / polo shirt (school tie – optional)
Purple school sweatshirt or cardigan (or purple jumper)
Black Shoes
Summer
Green or purple gingham or striped dress
Purple school sweatshirt or purple cardigan
White or grey short sleeved shirt / polo shirt
Rest as winter
