Hi and welcome to St Giles C of E Parent/Teachers Association (PTA). We are a registered charity with our main objective to raise funds to help provide a wonderful environment for our children who attend the school.
The PTA committee is currently Chaired by Jessicah Kendrick, the Secretary is Emma Burgess and the Treasurer is Rachel Clegg.
Regular meetings are held to discuss new money raising ideas and the more regular events such as the Summer and Christmas fayres. These meetings are advertised via the school parent mail system, all parents at the school are welcome to attend. It gives an opportunity to support the school and ultimately the children who attend.
How can you get involved?
We are always in need of support and volunteers and you only need give an hour at one of our events.
PTA meetings are held on a monthly basis, we discuss the organisation of up and coming events and requests for funding from the school.
Volunteers are always required to help man stalls at our Fayres and provide refreshments at school discos and sports days.
You can give as much or as little time as you have spare. It’s all very much appreciated.
